Synod on Synodality 2023: Summary Report Calls for Greater ‘Co-Responsibility’ in Church, Changes to Decision-Making
National Catholic Register Pope Francis thanks the delegates at the conclusion of the 2023 Synod on Synodality. The document was presented to the synod’s 344 voting members in attendance after its drafters attempted to incorporate more than 1,150 proposed amendments into the text. Each paragraph of the text was approved by a two-thirds majority vote.
