Federal court sides with Brooklyn diocese against former teacher (Religion Clause)

Invoking the First Amendment, a federal district court dismissed a sexual orientation discrimination lawsuit filed by a former teacher against St. Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Academy and the Diocese of Brooklyn.
