Canada’s sham-Catholic prime minister Justin Trudeau legalized euthanasia in 2016, and now the nation’s elderly and sick are fighting to stay alive.

In tonight’s In-Depth Report, Church Militant’s Aidan O’Connor takes a closer look at the fight for natural death.

A Canadian medical community based in British Columbia is defending human dignity and resisting a Culture of Death.

The Delta Hospice Society recently created a “do not euthanize,” or DNE advance directive, which can be used in all of Canada’s provinces.

The Society worked with a lawyer to produce the DNE, a legal document protecting the holder from unnatural, medically induced death.

Canada’s socialized health care is plagued with M-A-i-D, or MAiD, which stands for medical assistance in dying.

Critics have blasted the health care system for pushing MAiD on the elderly and sick — pressuring them to agree to assisted suicide while in a vulnerable state.

Delta Hospice Society’s Catholic president Angelina Ireland spoke to Church Militant about the victims of MAiD.

Angelina Ireland, President, Delta Hospice Society:

People have called and told us it tends to be when people’s families are not there — could be in the middle of the night. It comes from nurses, doctors that they could help them, put them out of their misery — they won’t be a burden any longer. Family members will show up the next day to see their loved ones, and they won’t be there anymore because they’re gone.

The Hospice Society offers what it calls true palliative care — treating the elderly and dying with comfort, dignity and hope.

The Society’s defense of the value of every life and natural death resonates with the Catholic Church, which condemns euthanasia and suicide in all forms.

Since waging war on assisted suicide, the Delta Hospice Society has been targeted by what Ireland calls a “death squad” consisting of pro-death radicals and the provincial government.

Ireland: “What we see is the Culture of Death, which is going after all of the people for their hearts and their minds: their minds, to convince them that something like palliative care should include euthanasia; their hearts, trying to convince them that euthanasia is a wonderful thing.”

The Society was even evicted from two privately owned buildings for not offering euthanasia to its patients.

Ireland: “Disabled, poor, marginalized people are being targeted, so the Delta Hospice Society has taken its rightful place to try to create some sort of proactive measures to protect people. We are relentless in protecting [a] pro-life nation.”

Thanks to the Hospice Society, Canadians have protection from sham-Catholic Prime Minster Trudeau’s tyrannical government and the pro-death MAiD activists intent on killing the nation’s sick and elderly.

The Delta Hospice Society is offering free DNE advance directives to all of its members.
