Lawyers at the Justice Center for Constitutional Freedoms said that a legal challenge to the federal government’s travel ban, lifted in June, should continue in order to secure Canadian’s rights ‘and bring clarity and finality to a controversial and divisive topic that has had far reaching impacts throughout all of Canada.’
