Every Friday during Lent, the Pope’s Museums offer a unique, thematic itinerary, ranging from sarcophagi to the art of Caravaggio and Michelangelo, to meditate on the Passion and Resurrection of Jesus. The visit is open to everyone and reaffirms the value of sacred art as a visual Bible, capable of transmitting faith to men and women from all times.
