After Vatican turmoil, Catholic network Caritas elects Tokyo’s archbishop as new president

Caritas Internationalis, the global Catholic charity network, elected Archbishop Tarcisius Isao Kikuchi of Tokyo to be its new president following a Vatican-mandated overhaul of its leadership.
