Archbishop of Detroit issues new Latin Mass restrictions in conformity with Vatican rescript

In response to Cardinal Arthur Roche’s February rescript, Abp. Allen Vigneron has asked parishes to seek alternative buildings to continue offering the Traditional Latin Mass.
