Archbishop Gustavo García-Siller of San Antonio, shown speaking to reporters in 2022, removed the faculties of two former priests who were found to have sexually abused minors.
Both men had their faculties removed and are prohibited from identifying themselves as priests. They are forbidden from wearing clerical clothing and using clerical titles.
