Attorneys for Children’s Health Defense on Tuesday filed a series of briefs pertaining to CHD’s ongoing lawsuit against the Trusted News Initiative alleging the group of major media outlets violated antitrust laws and the US Constitution when they collectively colluded with tech giants to censor online news.
