In a message delivered by the Vatican Secretary of State, Pope Francis addressed participants at the Second Global Refugee Forum that took place recently in Geneva marking the world’s largest international gathering on refugees and efforts to assist them, as well as sending and receiving countries. He encouraged them to persevere in their service efforts to build a better world marked by fraternity.
