International arrest warrant issued for former Central African President

The Special Criminal Court in Bangui is pursuing François Bozizé, president of the Central African Republic from 2003 to 2013, for “crimes against humanity” and has requested his extradition from Guinea-Bissau, where he has taken refuge.
