Illegal immigrants are flooding into America due to Biden’s open border policies, and the Catholic Church is intimately involved.

In tonight’s In-Depth Report, Church Militant’s Aidan O’Connor takes a closer look at Catholic Charities and human trafficking.

Busloads of illegal immigrants from the U.S.–Mexico border are pouring into Washington, D.C., and the representatives of the Church are there to greet them.

Sister Sharlet Wagner of Catholic Charities recently met a group of illegals in D.C. — and made sure the press didn’t get too close.

Sr. Sharlet Wagner: “I am with Catholic Charities, and someone on our executive team let us know that there would be a bus arriving at 4 a.m. today. We want to give them some space right now. We’re finding out where they want to go and what they need.”

Texas’ Catholic governor, Greg Abbott, has been dealing with Biden’s border crisis for over a year and is seeing record high border apprehensions. Abbott is now shipping illegal immigrants to the nation’s capital rather than letting them run free in Texas.

Gov. Greg Abbott, R-Texas:

It’s an atrocity that we have a president of the United States that is not securing the border. We’re not going to allow that to happen. The people in local communities were overrun by the people they had dumped off on these local communities; they were grappling with how to deal with that, and I said we’re going to bus them to Washington, D.C. We’re going to load them up and send them to Washington, D.C., and if we run out of room there, Delaware looks like a great location.

Meanwhile, The U.S. bishops are shilling for Biden’s open border policies. A dissident Catholic college awarded El Paso bishop Mark Seitz its “Ambassador of Peace” award for his open-border activism. Homosexualist bishop John Stowe of Kentucky has blasted President Donald Trump for being mean to illegal immigrants.

This, while the U.S. bishops’ conference has raked in millions of taxpayer dollars for relocating illegals throughout the country. Catholic Charities is the bishops’ immigration arm that provides travel aid and shelter to immigrants who illegally enter the United States.

Biden’s border policies — backed by the bishops — are also facilitating a drug crisis. Seizures of the deadly drug fentanyl have shot through the roof as cartels take advantage of the current administration.

Sister Wagner is claiming to be a compassionate presence for the illegals as they are dropped off at the capital.

Sr. Wagner: “We want to be there and be a compassionate presence and help them in whatever ways we can. We have a few women, a few children; so it’s more of a mixed group, but it’s still mostly men. We’ll help them book their tickets for the next place they want to go.”

Meanwhile, critics are blasting Catholic Charities for trafficking illegals across the country — while lining the bishops’ pockets.

Biden’s administration plans to abolish the Trump-era Title 42 next month, providing even more of an incentive for illegal immigrants to come to America, meaning more money for the U.S. bishops.
