After authoritarian COVID lockdowns and brutal suppression of peaceful protestors, Canada’s government is investigating its prime minister’s tyrannical use of emergency powers.
In tonight’s In-Depth Report, Church Militant’s Aidan O’Connor takes a closer look at Justin Trudeau’s attempt to wipe the slate clean.
Canada’s phony Catholic prime minister Justin Trudeau is appointing a liberal judge to investigate the government’s recent use of emergency powers.
On Tuesday, Trudeau announced the establishment of a Public Order Emergency Commission.
The commission will conduct an inquiry into Trudeau’s controversial February invocation of the Emergencies Act.
The leader of the commission is Paul Rouleau, a judge who has a history of supporting Canada’s liberals. Rouleau is reportedly a longtime donor to Trudeau’s progressive leftist party.
The judge wrote, “I am committed to ensuring that the process is as open and transparent as possible, recognizing the tight timelines for reporting imposed by the Emergencies Act.”
Rouleau’s findings will be presented to the government in February 2023.
Canada’s Emergencies Act allows the government to assume extraordinary power in the event of a national emergency.
According to the Act, a national emergency either seriously endangers the lives, health or safety of Canadians or seriously threatens the government’s sovereignty, security and territorial integrity.
Trudeau invoked the Act in response to a Freedom Convoy of truckers protesting his tyrannical health mandates.
Justin Trudeau: “The federal government invoked the Emergencies Act. We did it to protect families and small businesses.”
The truckers lined the streets of the nation’s capital, Ottawa, and peacefully protested Trudeau’s overreach.
Canada’s Liberal Party launched a slanderous assault on the protestors, making every effort to tie the truckers to violence — and even arson.
Liberal MPs: “The incessant honking, the arson attempts … . “; “The incessant honking; the arson attempts … .”; “An attempted arson of a residential building … .”
The Ottawa police revealed there was no evidence tying the protestors to arson.
Trudeau led the way in smearing the truckers — associating them with Nazis.
Trudeau: “Conservative Party members can stand with people who wear swastikas.”
Trudeau’s authorities froze the bank accounts of protestors and even arrested anyone who honked their car horns in support of the Freedom Convoy.
Under the Emergencies Act, sham Catholic Trudeau sent law enforcement into the city to arrest and beat dissenters.
With a liberal judge now leading the commission’s inquiry, critics wonder if any fault will be found with Trudeau’s seizure of emergency power.
Critics are warning that Trudeau’s control over the protester’s bank accounts could be laying the ground for a social credit system — currently used in communist China.
