Unelected Joe Biden has temporarily been blocked from invading, through unconstitutional federal regulations, Americans’ health decisions. Church Militant’s Trey Blanton shows Democratic leaders are now jumping ship from the Health and Human Services (HHS) mandate.

Republican senator Mike Braun, a Catholic from Indiana, is spearheading efforts to pass a bill that would nullify Biden’s vax mandate.

Sen. Mike Braun: “A strong majority of most blue states don’t like it when you say from the federal government, ‘You either do this, or else.'”

Both the 5th and 6th U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals have already placed temporary pauses on Biden’s ability to implement his vax mandates, and more cases are in the pipeline.

Democratic senator Jon Tester from Montana and West Virginia’s Joe Manchin both came out on Tuesday to also voice their opposition to federally mandating the private sector get jabbed.

Sen. Joe Manchin:

I don’t think the government has to make every decision for the private sector. You know, you’ve been doing quite well without us. … I’ve always said, ‘Incentivize, don’t penalize.’ If there’s different programs that we’re letting you borrow into, or things you’re accessing, then we’re incentivizing.

Even if this bill passes the Senate, the House of Representatives holds a larger body of Democrats than would be needed to secure its passage. Democratic legislators are perhaps weighing the court’s decision before deciding to challenge their own party’s president, who is prepared to fight back to preserve his power.

Jen Psaki: “So we certainly hope the Senate [and] Congress will stand up to the anti-vaccine and testing crowd. We’re going to continue to work to implement these. If it comes to the president’s desk, he will veto it.”

Biden’s unconstitutional overreach can only be kept in check if voters press their representatives to stand up for freedom.

Here in Michigan, our own governor, Gretchen Whitmer is doing an about-face and is also opposing vax mandates. This comes after she previously ignored Michigan’s high court and legislators who said she could not maintain her tyrannical lockdowns. Whitmer is facing re-election this year and, at the moment, is not very popular in the polls.
