Above, the Pope meets with members of the U.S. bishops’ committee for the National Eucharistic Congress on June 19 at the Vatican. The Pope blessed a large monstrance (shown at right) that will be used to house Our Lord during the National Eucharistic Congress next year.
The bishops’ spring meeting highlighted their ongoing three-year Eucharistic Revival, which received the blessing and praise of Pope Francis.
