Is Phoebe a “Saint”?

In the Gospels, Jesus asks everyone who follows him to be a “servant”. Paul’s reference to Phoebe is especially prominent in that he calls her a “diakonos” (minister; servant) and a “prostatis” (patron, benefactor).
