NEW YORK (ChurchMilitant.com) – Fox News, as reported by The Daily Signal, is enforcing gender ideology by allowing men to use the women’s bathroom, requiring employees to use preferred pronouns, and permitting cross-dressing.
The Daily Signal obtained a copy of Fox’s company handbook, which reads in part, “Employees who are transitioning their gender have the right to be open about their transition if they so choose, and to work in an environment free of harassment, discrimination, or retaliation, and without fear of consequences or transphobia for living openly.”
Conservative commentator Matt Walsh responded that Fox News “is fully woke on trans ideology” and that it “needs to get the full Bud Light treatment.”

The Fox handbook includes a “Workplace Transition Plan” with guidelines for employees undergoing so-called gender transition in the workplace.
Its gender policy has been in effect since January 2021.
A former Fox News employee revealed, “Fox News devotes hours of programming to attacking ‘woke companies,’ but ironically Fox is as woke as the rest of them.”
Last year, Fox aired a segment celebrating a child’s “transition,” calling it an “inspiration to others.”

The news channel also participates in what it calls LGBTQ+ Pride Month, wherein it praises the “contributions to America by the LGBTQ+ community.”
The Daily Signal reporter who broke the story, Mary Margaret Olohan, posits that Fox’s transgender policies “appear to be aligned with the legal requirements in New York City, where the company is headquartered.”
The New York City Human Rights Law states that it’s a violation to discriminate against gender: “Gender discrimination under the NYCHRL includes discrimination on the basis of gender identity (including being transgender, non-binary, or gender non-conforming) and gender expression.”
Over the past several years, Fox has received a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index, which measures corporate policies related to LGBT acceptance.
The call to boycott Fox News is gaining traction, and if this conservative call to action is anything like the Bud Light boycott, Fox will lose a lot of money.
Just last month, Fox News parted ways with Tucker Carlson, the most watched host at the company, who frequently used his platform to denounce gender ideology.
There was no reason given by Fox News, but the decision to get rid of Carlson came just days after he gave a viral speech about spiritual warfare, the existence of God and the reality of good and evil.
A former producer for Tucker’s show told The Daily Signal that Fox wants its viewers to think it supports traditionally conservative values, “but in reality, they’re pushing this nonsense behind the scenes.”
Pride Month is right around the corner, and Fox News — along with nearly every single corporation in America — is expected in June to, once again, pledge allegiance to the LGBT movement.
In March of this year, Pope Francis said, “Gender ideology, today, is one of the most dangerous ideological colonizations.” Likewise, Cdl. Robert Sarah has stated, “Gender ideology is a Luciferian refusal to receive a sexual nature from God.”
The month of June is recognized by Catholics as the month of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
