At this very moment, Michigan’s Democratic governor is giving her State of the State address. She’s also underwater in the polls. Gretchen Whitmer will have a difficult time glossing over her COVID tyranny and record of failure. Church Militant’s James Fedewa has the actual conditions of the Great Lakes State.

Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, D-Mich.: “You believe all of us voters are stupid, don’t you?”

Michigan’s Republican Party has launched an ad campaign against Whitmer in preparation for the midterms. A recent poll shows 52% of likely voters do not approve of Whitmer. The ad campaign highlights some voter concerns.

Reporter: “Governor Whitmer is moving to shut down the Line 5 [oil] pipeline.”

Whitmer enacted some of the strictest lockdown measures in the country. She defied her state’s high court and legislature to cling to her “emergency” power.

Whitmer: “Mask up, Michigan.”

Reporter 1: “Governor Gretchen Whitmer not following her own health department’s epidemic orders.”

Reporter 2: “Breaking pandemic restrictions again.”

Whitmer’s health department underreported nursing home deaths by 42%. Like New York’s disgraced former governor, Andrew Cuomo, Whitmer ordered nursing homes to accept COVID patients.

Whitmer: “Our policies saved a lot of lives in our nursing homes.”

When Michigan began reopening, Whitmer’s husband didn’t want to wait in line to get his boat back on the water.

Whitmer: “A governor who always puts you first.”

Reporter: “Over the weekend, your husband was accused of abusing his position.”

Whitmer has also failed on her pledge to deliver drinkable water.

Whitmer: “That’s how we clean up drinking water.”

Reporter: “Residents cannot go to the faucet and get a glass of water.”

Biden even rejected Whitmer as his running mate, in favor of Kamala Harris, who has failed to deliver on any of her assigned tasks.

Extensive documentation shows Michigan, a battleground state, was plagued with hundreds of instances of voter fraud and irregularities in 2020.
