Swiss priest warns against German bishops’ plan to separate Church governance from ordination

Trying to give some lay people ecclesiastical governance authority which they cannot have, by means of misguided pre-conciliar theories, is not an answer to the question of what the ecclesiastical mission of all lay people is.
