Synod: Theologians from around the world gather in Rome to prepare the next stage

The Vatican is accelerating preparations for the Synod of Bishops’ Second Plenary Assembly on the Church’s future, to take place in October 2024. Theologians are in Rome June 4–14 to prepare the synod’s working document.
