Tax-Funded Satanism in School

DILLSBURG, Pa. (ChurchMilitant.com) – Parents in a Pennsylvania school district are outraged about The Satanic Temple (TST) hosting a back-to-school event at the high school.

After School Satan Club

The event is scheduled to take place Sept. 24 from 6–9 p.m. at Northern York County High School. The event appears to be a response to a prayer night event led by a Christian church on school grounds.

“As a public school district, the use of our school facilities must be permitted without discrimination,” reads a statement by Steve Kirkpatrick, superintendent of the Northern York County School District. “We cannot and do not arbitrarily pick and choose which organizations may or may not use our facilities. If we allow one organization, we must allow all organizations.”

The event came despite school board officials blocking an “After School Satan Club” from being established at an elementary school in the district in April 2022. Jennifer McAllister, a resident and school parent, commented at the time, “They already took God out of schools. Now they’re going to let Satan in. It’s just crazy.”

‘Equal Representation’ Under the Law

Lucien Greaves, a cofounder of TST, believes the upcoming event — which was allowed by the Northern York County School Board — should be supported by local community members and parents. “We’re talking about upholding fundamental pillars of democracy and the First Amendment,” Greaves contested.

TST has been calling for After School Satan Clubs to be established all across the nation.

Greaves believes TST should be allowed to have equal access to public school venues.

“We don’t decry or begrudge anybody having a prayer event or anything like that. It does become a problem, a serious problem, when you allow a back-to-school prayer event, but you don’t allow any other religious representation,” he told local news.

TST has been calling for After School Satan Clubs to be established all across the nation. In May 2022, Greaves and the Satanic Temple successfully held an after-school club event at an elementary school in Greensboro, North Carolina.

The organizers of After School Satan Clubs specifically target public schools where pro-God religious clubs are already established. TST claims “no proselytization or religious instruction takes place” in the club meetings, as they are “designed to promote intellectual and emotional development in accordance with TST’s tenets.”

Embracing Self, Rebellion, Abortion

The seven tenets of TST describe the group’s mission and principles. Members worship a “scientific understanding of the world” and reject any supernatural beliefs. TST embraces Satan as a “symbol of defiance, independence, wisdom and self-empowerment.”

Satanic abortion rituals are also in accord with TST’s tenets.

“As the Eternal Rebel once defied a tyrant god, we too will rebel,” TST’s website notes.

Satanic abortion rituals are also in accord with TST’s tenets.

“The Satanic abortion ritual provides spiritual comfort and affirms bodily autonomy, self-worth and freedom from coercive forces,” the TST website claims.

Satanic abortion rituals are carried out by mothers who abort their children and look into a mirror while professing aloud the third and fifth tenets. The third tenet asserts “one’s body is inviolable, subject to one’s own will alone” while the fifth states “beliefs should conform to one’s best scientific understanding of the world. One should take care never to distort scientific facts to fit one’s beliefs.”

Following the overturn of Roe v. Wade in June, the Satanic Temple labeled itself “the leading beacon of light in the battle for abortion access.”

The link between abortion and its satanic roots is generally not publicized in the mainstream media or vocalized in American politics. Church Militant reported in 2019 on the pro-abortion movement and its satanic-backed support of child murder.

While few Republican politicians vocally label abortion as child sacrifice and demonic, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., boldly told Church Militant in April “abortion is a lie that Satan sells to women.”

“When Satan sells a sin, it’s not loud. It’s whispered, softly and gently into your ears and into your soul,” the America First Republican explained.

This election cycle, Tim Reichert, a Catholic Congressional candidate in Colorado, faced relentless mainstream media attacks over comments he made describing abortion as “human sacrifice.”

Abortion is a lie that Satan sells to women.

“Every abortion feeds the demonic and thereby contributes directly to the demise of the Church, the demise of America and the demise of the West,” Reichert said while attending a Catholic Charities of Denver event.

“Abortion is not just a tragic loss with two victims,” he added. “It is much more than that; it’s fuel — fuel for the demonic because it is the sacrifice of a child at the altar of Baal.”
