Less than half of Democrats would defend America from an invading force. This according to a new poll in which participants were asked, “If you were in the same position as Ukrainians are now, do you think that you would stay and fight, or leave the country?”

Church Militant’s William Mahoney looks at the Democrat worldview.

Rachel Levine, assistant secretary of Health and Human Services: “Transgender medicine is a very complex and nuanced field.”

Born Richard Levine, the U.S. assistant secretary for health, now goes by “Rachel Levine.”

While most Democrats would fight for what they deem “transgender rights,” only 40% would fight for the United States of America. Democrats also fight hard for abortion, which they treat like a sacrament, even employing religious language.

Sen. Bob Menendez, D-N.J.: “This is about a sacred right, and it is about health care, and we lose that sometimes in the context of these issues.”

What’s more, while Democrats consider a “sacred right” the use of suction and sopher clamps to tear apart children in utero, they consider guns a “public health crisis.”

Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass.: “We need to treat gun violence like the public health emergency it is and respond with the kind of strength it demands.”

And though, in places like New York, thousands more Black babies are aborted than born alive each year, Democrats attack the bogeyman of so-called systemic racism.

Vice President Kamala Harris: “Black, Latino and indigenous people are suffering and dying disproportionately. And this is not a coincidence; it is the effect of structural racism.”

Then there’s climate change, which Democrats claim will end life on earth if America doesn’t keep sending loads of tax dollars to Paris.

John Kerry: “The stakes on climate change just simply couldn’t be any higher than they are right now. It is existential. We use that word too easily and we throw it away. But we have a big agenda in front of us, on a global basis.”

Democrats have even found a way to incorporate their climate change creed with their “sacrament” of abortion, with disciples like Gloria Steinem claiming more abortions would stop global warming.

Finally, there’s the seemingly endless list of Democrat hypocrisies, especially the ones in which they accuse others of what they do. For example, Democrats went into orbit when President Trump in 2020 went to St. John’s Church with a Bible.

President Donald Trump: “We have a great country. That’s my thoughts.”

Mainstream media immediately began bashing him and interviewing Democrats like Nancy Pelosi.

Rep. Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif.: “If you’re going to hold up a Bible and stand in front of a church, then your message should be consistent with that Bible and those values.”

Pelosi, who claims to be Catholic, vehemently works against most, if not all, the Church’s moral teachings.

And while she and the Democrats on Capitol Hill blasted Trump for the photo op at St. John’s, only three days later, they held their own photo op for George Floyd.

Pelosi: “We will now kneel for our moment of silence.”

Democrats are more than willing to fight — for anything but life, liberty and the pursuit of temporal and eternal happiness.
