The increasingly secular Australia is seemingly a testing ground for globalist domination, and new laws are making that domination easier in the state of Victoria. Church Militant’s Sam McCarthy examines the legal destruction of freedom “down under.”

Dan Andrews, premier of Victoria: “We have to recognize, in everything we do, this is not over. There’s [sic] still things that have to be done, rules that need to be in place.”

Fake Catholic Australian premier Dan Andrews has succeeded in ramming into law a dictatorial China-virus bill. Victoria’s Parliament spent 21 hours Nov. 30–Dec. 1 debating and voting on over 80 amendments to the controversial bill, ultimately adopting only 6. The bill grants “Dictator Dan” sweeping powers to declare a public health crisis, issue public health orders (like vaccine mandates) and even declare citizens a threat to public health on the basis of race, “gender” [i.e., sex] or religion. Legal scholars have slammed the new laws as dangerous, noting the lack of oversight from either Parliament or the courts.

Paul Hayes, Australian legal expert: “Under this new bill, those checks and balances are absent. And so it effectively gives the premier and the minister for health pretty much unbridled power to do as they wish.”

Ordinarily, either the upper or lower house of Parliament can strike down a premier’s executive orders with a simple majority. Under the new law, both houses must have an absolute majority to do so — but only after a parliamentary committee reviews an order and recommends blocking it.

Furthermore, when Dictator Dan penalizes citizens for not wearing masks or not carrying “vaxports,” their cases are reviewed by government-appointed lawyers — not by the courts. Penalties may include two or more years’ imprisonment or fines of up to $90,000.

In order to pass the bill, Dictator Dan needed the support of four cross-benchers or independents in Parliament’s upper house. The Labour Party controls the lower house and green-lit the bill with no changes or safeguards. Upper house independents backed the legislation, in exchange for Labour’s support on their own pet projects — namely, climate change laws, decriminalizing prostitution and banning the Our Father from Parliament.

Crowd: “Arrest Dan Andrews! Jail Dan Andrews! Jail Dan Andrews! No more lockdowns! No more lockdowns!”

Hundreds of thousands of Victorians have gathered for weeks on end in the capital city of Melbourne, calling for Dictator Dan’s arrest or resignation and vocally protesting passage of the brutal bill. While Australians are battling Dictator Dan’s takeover, Americans should be aware, if it happened in Australia, it could happen here.

Dictator Dan has an appointment at a magistrate’s court next Thursday on criminal charges of treason and fraud. If convicted, he faces life in prison.
