The Bishops of the United States thank God for Friday’s Supreme Court decision overturning Roe v Wade, the 1973 ruling “which legalized and normalized the taking of innocent human life” through abortion. In a statement, the Bishops appeal to elected officials to “enact laws and policies that promote and protect the most vulnerable among us.”
